Must Have’s

  • Experience in a busy operations/administrative role or transferable experience from a similar fast-paced industry
  • Proven multitasking and organisational skills – you will be juggling lots of spinning plates!
  • Confident communicator with great attention to detail – you’ll be liaising with tour directors and suppliers
  • A “can-do” attitude and a commitment to excellent client service

Nice to have’s

  • Experience coordinating group travel or tour logistics
  • Good knowledge of European geography and travel logistics
  • Financial confidence — budgeting, invoicing, and supplier negotiation
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders
