About the Role

This is a hands‑on co‑ordination role essential for supporting the general business operations and service delivery of the company. It requires building excellent relations with all internal teams. The core focus involves co‑ordinating the office building maintenance, the company van fleet, stock materials, and company‑owned equipment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Office Building Maintenance: Co‑ordinate and perform maintenance, including monitoring cleanliness, liaising with cleaning operatives, performing scheduled safety checks, and arranging / overseeing repairs to building services (e.g., lighting, alarms, plumbing, heating) by contractors.
