Overview

As an operations assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices while providing exceptional service to their clients. This is a full-time position based in a great modern working environment. Our client is looking for someone willing to learn with a diligent attitude and a genuine interest in providing a consistently great service.

Benefits
  • Salary : 27000.00 depending on experience
  • Full-time : Monday - Friday 35 hours

Responsibilities
  • Verify data and process invoices using in-house and third-party software systems
  • Address discrepancies with customers and ensure invoices are processed within strict deadlines
  • Respond to customer queries via email in a clear and polite manner
  • Ensuring invoices are processed to strict deadlines
  • Liaise with the processing team based overseas
Qualifications
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Communicate in a clear and polite manner with customers and colleagues
  • Previous related finance skills or would consider someone looking looking to get into a transactional finance role
