We are passionate about helping people improve their health and wellbeing, and we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and high‑quality products. As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for a motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic Operations Assistant to join our team at our headquarters in ME17 1JA, with relocation to Borden, Sittingbourne planned for April 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and keen to grow within a supportive and friendly team where your contribution genuinely makes a difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Packing and preparing customer orders for worldwide shipment
  • Managing shipping processes, including labelling, booking couriers, and ensuring timely dispatch
  • Conducting quality inspections prior to dispatch to maintain high standards
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock control
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse and workspace
  • Supporting general operations, including returns processing and stock replenishment
  • Assisting with production and product finishing as part of the manufacturing process when required
  • Communicating with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Contributing ideas and feedback to help improve processes as the business grows
What We're Looking For
