I am partnering with an established venture capital firm to recruit a detail-oriented graduate to support as an Operations Assistant. An excellent learning and development opportunity, this role offers strong exposure to reporting processes, business systems, and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider team
  • Assist with coordination for meetings, events, and external activities
  • Support ad hoc tasks and projects as required
  • Support the drafting, formatting, and quality checking of reports and presentations
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of reports
  • Maintain accurate data across spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Update and manage records across business systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain documentation and contact information in line with internal standards
Candidate Profile
  • University graduate with 6 months experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well organised, proactive, and keen to learn
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office with an interest in learning new systems and technologies
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

This role is paying up to £35k DOE, and offers a hybrid working structure.
