Purpose of the Role

The Logistics & Operations Controller will manage and coordinate all logistics, warehousing, and operational functions to ensure smooth and cost-effective supply chain operations. This role is critical in maintaining service excellence, meeting deadlines, and upholding regulatory compliance in the medical industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
  • Supervise storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Communicate with vendors, couriers, and internal teams to resolve delivery or quality issues.
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies to optimise cost and performance.
  • Ensure all operations comply with health & safety, quality assurance, and industry regulations.
  • Produce regular reports on KPIs, stock performance, and logistical metrics for management review.
