A leading investment platform is looking for an Operations Administrator to join their SIPP & LISA Operations Team in Bristol. The role involves ensuring accurate administrative functions and supporting team processes while delivering excellent client service. Candidates should have experience in administration or customer service, with strong organisational skills. Operations Administrator (SIPP & LISA Team). Permanent, full-time position.
We have new position open for an Operation Administrator to join our SIPP & LISA Operations Team.
Our operations team is split into two different departments: New Business and Client Accounts. New Business deals with the on-boarding of any new money coming onto the platform and Client Accounts deals with the reconciliation and payments out of this money should our clients request it.

This role would suit someone who has experience working within a helpdesk, operational, administration, customer service or contact/call centre environment and is who is looking to develop their career in Saving and Investments.

To be successful you should be able to demonstrate that you are confident in writing emails, passionate about delivering excellent client service, organised to meet tight deadlines, have the ability to multi-task, be an inquisitive person, empathic and resilient. Ideally, we are looking someone who able demonstrate in the following areas:
A competency-based interview conducted on-line via Microsoft teams.
This role is based in our Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. The working hours we offer are Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm, you will have a rota within these hours.
We support hybrid working once you have successfully completed your training and confident on the phone and have passed your 3-month probation.
