Are you ready to advance your Operational Technology skills? Our Operations Technology (OT) team is seeking an experienced Technician to join a talented group of experts supporting control systems across every sector of our business. The OT team provides technical support to critical processing systems, such as PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and various communication systems.
What you will do
- Carry out enhancements to increase the security of our control system assets.
- Support the day‑to‑day running of our critical sites.
- Work across water treatment, wastewater and pumping station facilities, applying a wide range of technologies.
- Provide innovative technical solutions and support to divisional engineering teams.
- Develop your skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in an OT environment with working knowledge of industrial control systems and associated communication systems is essential.
- A minimum Level 3 Electrical Qualification (BS7671 desirable).
- A free‑thinking, can‑do attitude with a flexible approach to everyday problems.
- Know how to connect with others and pride yourself on being proactive and bringing positive, bright ideas to the team.
- Be able to take responsibility for tasks and projects you are assigned.
- Be able to manage your own time and adapt to change.

- A full UK driving licence – the role is regionally based and will involve travelling to our sites.
- Be customer‑focused and an excellent communicator at all levels of the organisation, developing close working relationships with peers across the business.
- Possess keen business and commercial awareness and be able to manage workload independently with minimal supervision.
