Salary: £150k-£165k + bonus/benefits

• Scale an OT cyber service line: strategy, GTM, delivery excellence, hiring, and commercial performance.
• Drive revenue with sales teams: qualify deals, design solutions, shape proposals, present to boards, and win.
• Lead major OT security programmes across manufacturing, transport, healthcare, energy, and oil & gas.
• Build market visibility: case studies, thought leadership, client playbooks, partner propositions.
• Develop talent-coach consultants, build methodologies, and embed a high-performance delivery culture.
