Overview

Are you highly organised, detail‑focused, and confident working with financial data? We’re looking for a proactive OST Administrator (Finance Verification & Compliance) to join our Operational Support Team in Lichfield. This is a key role that ensures the accuracy of financial, payroll and invoicing information that supports our services across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing
  • Verify financial data before it’s processed into Coldharbour and billing systems
  • Check commissioned, delivered and invoiced hours to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Raise invoices and validate service codes against contracts
  • Support payroll by confirming employee rates, annualised hours calculations and overtime enhancements
  • Maintain accurate employee records for starters and contract changes
  • Reconcile data across systems (Coldharbour, CM2000) to support timely payments
  • Liaise with funders, social workers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Support compliance activities and produce reports to ensure financial integrity
  • Assist with audits and maintain strong documentation standards
What we’re looking for
  • Experience in financial verification, compliance, payroll, invoicing or accounts administration
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of financial controls and data checking processes
  • Confident using financial systems and Excel
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Clear, professional communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with annualised hours, commissioning frameworks or the care sector is beneficial but not essential — training will be provided.
