Salary: 49221 - 53826 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Fixed-term to cover maternity leave

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team while the substantive post holder is on maternity leave. The role is a strategic one ensuring that Public Health services are fit for purpose across Leicestershire and Rutland and leading on efficiency and effectiveness of services within your portfolio.
You will be overseeing the commissioning of services that deliver to children and families to people affected by domestic abuse and to people experiencing or at risk of substance use with the potential for other work areas as required.
The role requires a high degree of partnership working to ensure join up with other services and commissioning approaches and requires you to thoroughly research the evidence base commissioning guidance and local need that will drive the approach you take. You will also have budget responsibility and form part of a team evaluating some of our key services.
In turn you will be welcomed into an established and supportive team with an opportunity to further develop your strategic skills.
You must also have an understanding of and commitment toequality diversity and inclusion.
