An ambulance service provider in England seeks a Senior Manager to provide out of hours support across various service lines. The role requires strong leadership experience in complex environments, as well as excellent decision-making and communication skills. Applicants should hold a Master's degree or equivalent and have experience in leading change and public engagement. This position offers an opportunity to impact service delivery and patient care significantly.
As a key member of the Ops Team, you will provide out of hours senior management support to all service lines inc. PTS, Urgent Care Services, Support Services, EOC & external contacts & be the lead point of contact for on-day service issues, impacting on daily service delivery & escalations to health care & other emergency services partners. Successful applicants will receive training & development to gain the necessary skills & knowledge to perform the role to a high standard.

Possess Master's Degree/equivalent post grad qualification level or demonstrate an equivalent level of experience & of ongoing CPD. Significant senior level leadership experience in a complex environment is essential & a sound understanding of the challenges facing the Ambulance sector & the wider health agenda, coupled with strong IT skills. Applicants will be able to demonstrate experience of working across a range of organisations to achieve significant change, leading public &stakeholder engagement & supporting development of strategic & service plans.
