The Company

The role

You will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with key e-commerce clients, acting as the bridge between the operational teams, the clients international-based and UK-based personnel, and the leadership team. Responsible for day-to-day service performance, client communications, process optimisation, and supporting commercial expansion across the UK and international markets. A hands-on, solution-oriented individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will need to be a dynamic, enthusiastic and self-driven individual to join our client\'s team. You will be responsible for managing existing and new clients to ensure our client meets and exceeds its targets.

  • Language Requirement: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Operations, COO, CRO, FD and tech support to execute growth initiatives and resolve challenges swiftly.
  • Experience with ecommerce logistics solutions.
  • Customer obsessed with a deep understanding of operations.
  • 3+ years experience working in Logistics in the Gig Economy.
  • Proven experience managing large or complex customer accounts from a commercial and operational perspective.
