Overview

Operations Co-Ordinator – Great Yarmouth. Full-time, office-based. Monday - Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm | Friday 8:30am-4:00pm (1-hour lunch each day). Private healthcare + 34.5-hour working week. P+S Rail and Infrastructure is expanding our team and we are looking for a motivated and proactive Operations Co-ordinator to join our busy division based in Great Yarmouth.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard temporary workers and contractors.
  • Review CVs, conduct interviews, obtain references, and manage candidate communications.
  • Collect and store compliance documents (e.g. right to work, GDPR consent, certifications) in our CRM.
  • Liaise with clients and candidates on vacancies and upcoming requirements.
  • Draft and post job specifications aligned to client needs.
  • Mobilise skilled trades (e.g. painters, welders, blasters, inspectors, labourers) for civils, infrastructure, bridges, and Network Rail projects.
  • Maintain contact with workers and clients throughout projects, resolving issues promptly.
  • Arrange necessary medicals or training via third-party providers.
  • Ensure compliance with RISQS and ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
  • Participate in out-of-hours or weekend work as required.
  • Occasional client/site visits may be necessary.
