We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Operating Model Change Director.
This is a critical role within Change Execution. Working directly with the Global Head of Operating Model Change and the GCOO leadership team, the role defines and leads material operating model change aligned to the Group’s strategic objectives including those that drive operational efficiency and simplification.
The role holder will be a trusted advisor to the Global Head of Operating Model Change and accountable for successful definition and delivery of operating model change initiatives. These are typically cross value stream enablers or global, common solutions required across all businesses
