Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift (installation, configuration, and administration).

  • Familiarity with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

The OpenShift Senior Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing robust OpenShift cluster architectures that meet business and technical requirements. This includes multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-premises deployments, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement OpenShift cluster architecture for multi-cloud, hybrid, or on-prem environments.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to align solutions with the bank's strategic roadmap.
  • Configure and optimize OpenShift clusters for performance, resilience, and security.
  • Integrate OpenShift with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to container orchestration and networking. Develop automation scripts and templates for cluster provisioning and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure compliance with the bank's security and regulatory standards.
