Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for troubleshooting/problem-solving general IT issues.

Responsibilities

• Engage in system integration activities, including hardware and software installation.
• Continuously improve services aligned with industry best practices.
• Serve as primary point of contact for compliance for MOD and approx. 500 devices.
• Deliver exceptional service while resolving IT issues for colleagues.
• Respond to events, requests, and incidents logged in management systems.
• Support functional teams within the IT organization.
