• 6-12+ months experience working in a primary care/GP practice setting.
• Experience using the EMIS clinical system.
• Ability to commute to onsite location in the Salford area.

Responsibilities

• Support and work alongside a team of pharmacists and GPs.
• Conduct polypharmacy medication reviews and SMRs.
• Provide expert advice on medications to other clinicians and patients.
