A leading UK employee-owned business is seeking an Experimentation Analyst in Bracknell. The role involves driving data-informed decisions through thorough analysis of website and app experiments, creating detailed reports, and collaborating with teams to foster an experimentation culture. Candidates should have a quantitative degree and proficiency in analytics tools including SQL and Tableau. The position offers a hybrid working model with flexibility and a focus on employee development.
As an experimentation analyst, you will drive data-informed decisions through rigorous analysis of website and app experiments. You will delve into experiment data to extract key insights, producing clear reports and actionable recommendations that guide optimisation efforts. You will also partner with optimisation specialists and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate measurement and interpretation of experiment results. Beyond individual experiments, you will identify overarching trends within our experimentation programme to drive continuous improvement of our methodologies and ways of working. You will contribute to fostering an experimentation culture by providing consultancy and training on A/B testing and personalisation to wider Waitrose teams.
