A prominent healthcare provider in Guildford is seeking an Oncology Specialty Doctor for a 6-month fixed contract. The role involves providing high-quality medical care to Oncology patients in outpatient clinics and covering local outreach services. Applicants should be eligible for GMC registration and willing to travel to different sites. This position offers the chance to work with a dedicated team in a recognized cancer care center.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Oncology Specialty Doctor to join the Oncology team at The Royal Surrey Cancer Centre at the Royal Surrey Hospital (RSH) for a fixed period of 6 months.

You will be joining our team of 29 oncologists, supported by a team of Specialist Registrars, Specialty Doctors, SHOs, AHP's and Specialist Nurses.

We are clinically led and provide joined‑up care by bridging the gap between hospital and community services alongside regional specialist cancer care. Our main acute hospital site is in Guildford with community hospital sites at Milford, Haslemere and Cranleigh. We provide adult community health services in homes across Guildford and Waverley.
We have received an overall Good rating from the CQC with Medical care (including older people's care), End of Life Care and Maternity services being deemed Outstanding by the CQC.

The Royal Surrey County Hospital Foundation Trust provides specialist Cancer and Haemato‑Oncological care, including complex Cancer surgery, to the population of the South West Surrey and Hampshire, a catchment area of approximately 1.4 million. Non‑surgical oncological treatment for these patients is provided at the St. Luke's Cancer Centre, which is an integral part of the Trust. There are close links with surrounding cancer units and the Surrey Clinical Research Centre.
