A dynamic technology company in Greater London is seeking an Onboarding Lead to oversee the onboarding and development of new Services joiners, as well as provide product training for customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience in onboarding or customer success, with expertise in Accounts Payable processes. We’re opening up an opportunity for an Onboarding Lead within Services, with two clear and equally important areas of ownership:
1. Onboarding & Development (Internal)
2. Product Training & Enablement (Customers & Internal Teams)
You’ll manage people informally (coaching, feedback and mentoring), own decisions within your remit, and are empowered to prioritise — including saying no to requests that fall outside agreed scope or compromise quality.
💰 Competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 depending on experience + 10% bonus
