Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Proven construction experience including thorough technical construction knowledge.
  • Experience of working with various trade professionals.
  • Understanding of different forms of building contracts.
  • Thorough knowledge of CDM / HSE procedures.
  • Methodical and creative approach to solving queries.
  • Organisational skills and ability to manage workload.
  • Strong IT and digital skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high quality and timely delivery of new build properties.
  • Actively contribute to projects across the scheme timeline.
  • Monitor construction quality throughout the contract.
  • Review pre-contract drawings and documentation.
