Qualifications

• Experience in customer care, defects management, or housing maintenance.
• Solid IT skills and familiarity with relevant systems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full defects process and coordinate inspections.
• Meet clients pre-completion to agree on defect recording approaches.
• Keep directors updated with an honest view of site conditions.
• Ensure defect logs and other documentation are up to date.
• Oversee end-of-DLP inspections and align all stakeholders.
