Qualifications

• Qualification in Building Services Engineering, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
• Proven experience as Clerk of Works, Site Inspector, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of building services systems and Building Regulations.

• Identify and resolve defects, maintain detailed site records.
• Prepare clear reports for management.
