• Significant post-qualification experience as an Engineering Maintenance Craftsman / Electrician/Mechanical Engineer.
• Proven communication skills.
• Multi-skilled capability to manage Mechanical, Building and Electrical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair a wide range of Mechanical, Electrical and Medical Plant & Equipment.
• Deputise for Team Leaders.
• Plan maintenance and repair of Mechanical and Electrical equipment.

Skills

Complex fault diagnosis skills

Ability to plan and prioritise work

Ability to operate and use computer-controlled systems

Evidence of own development to improve understanding of equalities issues

Education

Completed and passed a 4-year apprenticeship City & Guilds or NVQ level 3

Mechanical / plumbing training for Electricians or Electrical training for Mechanical
