Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead two children’s homes supporting young people aged 8-18 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Requirements
  • Lead and inspire teams across two homes to deliver exceptional, child-centred care
  • Oversee care planning, safeguarding, compliance, and Ofsted standards
  • Build strong partnerships with families, schools, and external professionals
  • Manage operations, budgets, and staff development across both sites
  • Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a children’s residential setting (multi‑site experience desirable)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted frameworks, and trauma‑informed care
  • A compassionate leader with resilience, professionalism, and a genuine passion for improving young lives
