Job summary

A leading renewable energy provider in the UK seeks motivated individuals for a Wind Turbine Technician Apprenticeship. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop engineering skills over three years, with the first two years based at educational institutions followed by hands-on training at offshore wind farms. Successful candidates will earn an NVQ level 3 qualification and gain practical experience working with advanced machinery in dynamic environments. A full-time commitment and readiness for international travel are required.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have 5 GCSE’s at 4/C or above including Science, Maths and English.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a practical role.
• Ability to work at height and at sea.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive learning program including classroom and on-site training.
• Perform maintenance on wind turbines from a Service Operations Vessel.
• Participate in a 14 days on, 14 days off work rotation.
