Job summary

A leading international service provider in Scotland is seeking an Offshore Recruiter for a contract role lasting 6 months. The position involves supporting the Deployment Hub, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, experience in recruitment, especially in the oil and gas sector, and familiarity with health and safety policies. The role supports hybrid working, requiring office presence at least three days a week.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in a recruitment or operations-based role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide support within the Deployment Hub in line with company processes.
• Act as a focal point for client queries and maintain relationships.
• Assist with strategic hiring and improve recruitment performance metrics.
