Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Office Porter to support our office operations, focusing on meetings, events, hospitality, and workspace readiness. This hands‑on role plays a key part in maintaining a high standard of presentation, cleanliness, and functionality across our workplace, ensuring an excellent environment for staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities
Meetings & Events Support
  • Set up and reset meeting rooms and event spaces, including furniture layout and AV readiness.
  • Provide on‑the‑day event support including welcoming guests, replenishing stock, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate small internal events and support snack activations.
  • Liaise with PR, Meetings & Events teams to ensure smooth delivery of activities.
Workplace Cleanliness & Maintenance
  • Conduct ongoing clearing, tidying, and deep cleaning of kitchen, pantry, and storage areas.
  • Oversee daily floor walks to check presentation and cleanliness standards across the office.
  • Maintain coffee stations, social areas, and pantries to a high standard.
  • Perform ad‑hoc cleaning duties and assist with weekend supervision when required.
Stock & Inventory Management
  • Manage deliveries, unpacking, and stock rotation (food, drink, stationery).
  • Refill stationery points, posters, and marketing material across the floors.
  • Monitor and order supplies as required in coordination with Office/Hospitality leads.
Furniture & Setup
  • Move furniture safely and efficiently to support room changes or reconfigurations.
  • Assist with layout changes, deep cleans, and seasonal or ad‑hoc office resets.
Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Follow all Health & Safety, manual handling, and Fire Evacuation procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
  • Report hazards or maintenance issues promptly.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an office porter, hospitality, or facilities support role (preferred).
