Job Description
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring all processes run efficiently.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.
  • Supervise and support office staff to maintain high performance.
  • Oversee correspondence and communication on behalf of the office.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required by senior management.
  • Act as the main point of contact for external vendors and service providers.
  • Support ad-hoc projects to improve office operations.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in office management or a related role within the Not for Profit industry.
