Finance & HR Manager

This is an excellent role for an experienced finance professional who is looking to step up into a varied role with additional training and responsibilities.

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance and HR Manager to take ownership of our finance function while providing professional support across HR activities. The role will focus primarily on accounting and financial management, while also overseeing HR processes to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Finance (Primary)
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to support business objectives.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external auditors, accountants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Implement and maintain effective financial controls and systems.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP or Infor.
HR (Secondary)
  • Utilise our HR partner to understand HR policies, procedures, and compliance in line with employment law.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data compliance (GDPR).
  • Act as a point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance and advice.
  • Champion employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Requirements

The right candidate will be an experienced Finance professional who is ambitious and looking to add variety to their role. This position is UK wide, reporting directly into UK senior leadership. You are not required to have previous experience in HR activities however it will certainly give you a head-start.

For the right candidate we will put you through relevant HR accreditations and training to ensure you are a knowledgeable expert in this field, however you will always have our external HR partners to for additional information and support.
