Aramark UK are currently recruiting an Office Manager to join our team working at our Leeds office - Caledonia House, Lawnswood Business Park, Redvers Close, Leeds, LS16 6QY.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager & Receptionist to join our team in Leeds. This dual role is critical to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and delivering a professional, welcoming experience for all visitors and staff.

You will be the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, while also managing office operations, facilities, and administrative support. This is an ideal role for someone who’s proactive, adaptable, and loves being at the heart of the team, making sure everything and everyone is supported.

A day in the life of an Office Manager :

Reception Duties
  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Office Management
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a safe, efficient working environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Liaise with building management and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
  • Support health & safety compliance and maintain relevant records.
  • Organise and facilitate company activity days and events
Administrative Support
  • Process office invoice processing and cost allocation.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance and HR teams as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
You will be set up for success if you have
  • Professional, approachable, and customer-focused
  • Previous experience in office management and / or reception roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
