Overview

We're looking for an Office Manager to join Kier’s United Utilities Framework based in Warrington.

Location: Warrington
Hours: 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Implementing and managing project administration procedures, ensuring the administration team is coordinated, supported, and delivering consistently.
  • Overseeing day to day running of project offices, facilities, and support services, ensuring an efficient, safe, and well‑organised working environment.
  • Managing cost capture and financial controls, including GRN collation, invoice verification, exception handling, and accurate financial data entry.
  • Leading payroll and labour allocation processes, ensuring accurate time and attendance recording, labour reporting, and absence management.
  • Producing and maintaining key cost monitoring and reporting outputs, including weekly labour/plant/material reports and monthly cost tracking.
Qualifications
  • Strong IT skills, with good working.
  • Practical understanding of finance systems (Oracle & CPA preferred).
  • Experience with time & attendance and access control systems.
