Our client is a developer with a longstanding reputation for excellence across the region, looking for a highly organized Office Manager / PA to play a pivotal role in their operation, ensuring the head office runs efficiently and professionally.

This is a varied position combining executive support with operational management. You will work closely with the Directors to facilitate business activities and maintain a high-quality working environment.

Key responsibilities include :
  • Executive Support : Managing diaries, coordinating meetings and filtering communication for senior leadership to ensure their time is optimised.
  • Operational Oversight : taking ownership of office facilities, managing external supplier contracts and maintaining high standards throughout the workspace.
  • General Administration : overseeing correspondence, filing systems and ad-hoc project support as required by the team.
  • Team Liaison : acting as the primary point of contact for internal staff queries and external visitors.
