We are seeking an Office Junior/Assistant to join our legal practice to assist and support our team in the day‑to‑day running of the office. The successful candidate will support our administrative team and contribute to maintaining an efficient workplace. Duties:
  • Provide general administrative support to the office team, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Answer telephone calls and maintain a professional telephone manner.
  • Keep track of stationery supplies and advise when stock is low.
  • Monitor incoming emails and distribute as necessary.
  • Use of Microsoft Office suite (Word/Outlook).
  • Typing duties including letters, emails, and documents.
  • Audio typing (training will be provided).
