Inven3 are an independent Cleaning business providing 5 star Commercial Cleaning Services.

We are now recruiting for a part-time Office Cleaning Operative who can cover the following area from January 2026: Redditch, B98

Part time: 27.5 hours per week (5.5 hours per morning Mon-Fri)

Rate of pay: £12.21 per hour

Duties for this role will include:

• Cleaning of Office spaces within a warehouse.
• Vacuuming
• Dusting
• Mopping
• Sweeping
• Litter picking

PPE is Provided.

The successful candidate for this role will:

• Have exceptional customer service skills
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to their working responsibilities
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Have good communication skills

Candidates will need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK prior to joining our team.
