The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing meeting room bookings, and providing general administrative support. Centre Assistant

Mondays and Tuesdays 8.30-5pm (1 hour for lunch)- 15 hours per week

(option to work a 30 min lunch and finish at 4.30pm)

£12.80 per hour

The Role

Pure Offices, Gloucester are looking for a Centre Assistant to work within the team at this busy and successful business centre.

The centre provides office, workshop and studio accommodation to a number of businesses on site and also provides meeting room facilities for both internal and external customers.

We require someone with excellent communication and customer service skills as the position is client facing. Good admin and computer skills are also important, along with a positive and proactive attitude.

The role will involve, dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis, booking in and setting up meeting rooms, ensuring the centre is a safe and a pleasant environment to work in, general administration, and property management tasks.

As well as demonstrating great customer service skills, you will be able to demonstrate you are organised and proactive, smart in appearance, and have a positive can-do attitude with the ability and enthusiasm to take on new tasks as they may arise. You will also be willingly to turn your hand to what is necessary to ensure the smooth running of the centre.
