We are seeking an Office Administrator with receptionist duties to join our team at Sythwood Primary School, part of Bourne Education Trust. As an Office Administrator, you will provide accurate, efficient, and effective administrative and clerical support within the school, while delivering excellent and proactive front-line customer service to families, staff, and visitors.
Sythwood is a larger primary school of around 550 children, educating from two-year-olds to the end of Year 6. The school is inclusive and diverse, with around 60% of children learning English as an Additional Language. There is a Specialist Centre for children with Vision Impairment. The proportion of pupils eligible for Free School Meals is above average. The school motto is “Be Ready, Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Your Best,” and the curriculum aims to provide knowledge and cultural capital for success in life. Facilities include separate buildings for each phase, a communal assembly and dining hall, and a diverse Copse for forest skills and outdoor activities.
