About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team. Your main responsibility will be maintaining our ERP system - including data entry, updates and user administration - while also supporting the wider office while general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain our ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Carry out data entry, reporting and system updates as required.
- Produce and maintain reports in Microsoft Excel
- Prepare and format documents in Microsoft Word.
- Support colleagues with general administrative tasks.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide friendly and approachable support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent timekeeping and dependable attendance.
Skills & Experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Proven organisation and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and consistent attendance.
- Some experience in ERP systems is desirable (training will be provided).
- Previous office administration experience preferred.
