Our team works closely together, and we are looking for someone who will enjoy being part of a collaborative, hands on environment.

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team. Your main responsibility will be maintaining our ERP system - including data entry, updates and user administration - while also supporting the wider office while general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain our ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Carry out data entry, reporting and system updates as required.
  • Produce and maintain reports in Microsoft Excel
  • Prepare and format documents in Microsoft Word.
  • Support colleagues with general administrative tasks.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide friendly and approachable support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure excellent timekeeping and dependable attendance.

Skills & Experience

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Proven organisation and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and consistent attendance.
  • Some experience in ERP systems is desirable (training will be provided).
  • Previous office administration experience preferred.
