Overview

Job Title: Office Administrator. Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid). Salary: £25,000–£27,000 per annum (DOE). Hours: 9am–5pm or 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday.

The team values a friendly, collaborative office culture, and they are looking for an organised and personable Administrator to join them.

The Role

Our client are looking for an administrator to suppport the accounts department and provide general office support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys a varied workload. No prior construction or bookkeeping experience is required, as full training will be provided on the systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the accounts team with invoice data entry and general administration tasks
  • Open and manage daily mail and respond to incoming phone calls
  • Greet visitors and assist with refreshments as required
  • Assist the wider team with general office duties
  • Maintain a tidy and organised office environment
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies such as stationery and paper
