Overview

We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to work with one of our clients. Please see below for additional information.

Office Administration

Location: Annan

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (37.5 hours a week)

Pay: £13.21 per hour

What you will be doing

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking phone calls
  • Managing emails
  • Organising spread sheets in excel
  • Processing data to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining accurate information across our in-house systems
