A regional mental health organization in West London seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their Mental Health Integrated Network Team. You will provide person-centred care and occupational therapy interventions while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. Come and work in the Mental Health Integrated Network Team (MINT) as an occupational therapist (OT) and be part of a supportive and welcoming team in Hounslow. Our service was developed around the Community Mental Health Framework and the Step Care Model, to support working age adults, including transitions from CAMHS, with a mental and physical health diagnosis to live independently in the community. From April 2025 we have moved to borough based partnerships, which means more integration with the primary care network, physical health, social care, voluntary, community and social enterprises, housing, police and probation.
