  • Screen referrals to determine appropriate Occupational Therapy support.
  • Conduct comprehensive telephone OT assessments, providing equipment and suggesting minor adaptations as needed.
  • Make onward referrals to the community OT team for necessary home visits.
  • Collaborate with the OT Deputy Team Manager to manage the inbox and support customer support officers with effective decision-making.
  • Uphold professional standards as required by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
