Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Adult Care – Medway
Location: Medway
Pay Rate: £38 per hour

About the Role:

An Adult Care Team based in Lewisham is currently recruiting for registered and experienced Occupational Therapists.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment, providing essential services to adults in need.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will experience physical settings such as hospital discharge, rehab, and reablement. You will provide double-handed care to clients, ensuring their safety and comfort. Your responsibilities will include making equipment recommendations to enhance clients’ independence and quality of life. Utilizing your expertise in moving and handling, you will support clients with mobility challenges. Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure coordinated and effective service delivery. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress will also be a key part of your role.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you must have a degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC). Additionally, you must hold a full UK driving license and have the legal right to work in the UK.
