Job summary

A leading healthcare recruitment agency is seeking an Experienced Occupational Therapist for a role based in Livingston, UK. The ideal candidate will perform functional assessments and develop care plans for individuals in both hospital and community settings. Responsibilities include managing discharges and providing follow-up support. Candidates must be qualified and possess a valid driver's license. Qualifications

• Experience in functional assessments and care plans for patients.

• Coordinate patient discharge with follow-up care in the community.

Community/Inpatient Occupational Therapist Role

Job Title: Experienced Occupational Therapist

Location: Livingston

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Ongoing

• Functional assessments and care plans for people in the hospital and community
• Discharge with follow ups in the community
• Car Driver
• £35-£40 an hour
• Work hours: 8:30 TO 16:30 inclusive of a 30 minute unpaid break
• Total hours per week: Monday to Friday 7.5 hours per day. Total : 37.5 hours/week. No working on Bank holidays or weekends.
