Qualifications

  • A full UK driving licence is required.

Job description

OH Medical is working in partnership with an established Occupational Health provider to recruit an experienced Occupational Health Technician. This is a mobile role supporting a range of clients, delivering health surveillance services using a fully equipped Mobile Medical Unit (MMU).

The role would suit an OHT who enjoys variety, travel and working autonomously, while being supported by a wider clinical team.

Duties:
  • Deliver health surveillance clinics across multiple client sites.
  • Drive and operate a Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) to deliver on‑site assessments.
  • Carry out audiometry, lung function testing, drug & alcohol testing and baseline measurements (BP, height, weight, urinalysis).
  • Prepare, maintain and restock medical equipment and mobile clinics.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure documentation is completed securely.
  • Support the wider OH team with administrative and technical duties.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contacts as required.
  • Travel to client sites, with occasional overnight stays fully covered.
Criteria:
  • Previous experience working as an Occupational Health Technician.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Confident working independently and managing your own workload.
  • Strong IT skills and accurate record keeping.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to travel and changing clinic locations.
