Qualifications

  • Must hold an appropriate qualification in Health & Safety.
  • Proven sector experience in construction, civil engineering or Facilities Management required.
  • Ability to motivate & influence others.

Responsibilities

  • Provide health, safety and wellbeing advice and support.
  • Produce written policies and guidelines.
  • Conduct workplace inspections and internal audits.
  • Develop and deliver health and safety training.
  • Monitor health and safety performance indicators.
  • Use executive powers to stop work activities if needed.
