Our client is a developing care provider who require an experienced Nursing Home Manager in the Blackwood area.

The Area Manager is looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager to take ownership of their 52 bed nursing home providing specialist clinical and residential care for adults with dementia, challenging behaviour, complex care needs. We are looking for a passionate, experienced registered manager who has previous experience of being registered with CIW and a valid NMC PIN / managed a large nursing home.

• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management/ appraisals/ training
• Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
• Budgets/ business development / marketing

Skills/ Qualifications Registered Home Manager:
• Proven track record of successful home
• Experience with challenging behaviour and dementia

• Sound knowledge of CIW and Care Standards
