Job description

We have an opportunity for a Band 4 Assistant Practitioner/Nursing Associate to join our friendly and supportive team on a 13‑month fixed‑term or secondment basis. To support service users in physical health screening and delivery of a range of physical health interventions, including physical observations, ECGs and phlebotomy (or a willingness to undertake appropriate training) for people presenting with mental health problems.

The role requires good organisational skills to plan and organise the running of regular physical health clinics or home visits to ensure our service users are supported. Alongside this, there is the opportunity to support service users around social recovery and to be a valued team member.

The successful applicant will have a Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care / Mental Health at Level 5.
