The Role

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Early Years Lead & Nursery Teacher to join the team. You will have overall responsibility for the nursery and EYFS provision, ensuring that children receive a high-quality, engaging start to their learning journey. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate practitioner to take a leadership role in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the EYFS team, including Nursery and Reception staff
  • Plan, deliver, and oversee engaging learning experiences across the EYFS curriculum
  • Promote the welfare, development, and safeguarding of all children
  • Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment
  • Foster strong relationships with families, staff, and the wider school community
  • Support the strategic development and continuous improvement of the EYFS provision
